Financial Policy & Terms

Our service model focuses on identifying and addressing the underlying factors that affect health, wellness, longevity, and vitality. We believe it is better to keep patients well rather than treat them when they are sick. In order to spend time with patients and not on insurance paperwork, we are not contracted with any insurance carriers , including Medicare. You will not have to search if we are "in network," wait for a referral, or haggle with your insurance to be seen by us. Simply book an appointment and gain direct access and control of your health.

Payment of all services is processed at time of booking or of service. Some services provided by our practice are covered by health insurance plans. If you have a PPO insurance plan or an HSA, you can receive a receipt (called a superbill) to submit to your insurance or HSA company for partial or "out of network" provider reimbursement. We also accept HSA cards for payment when a covered service is provided. Medicare requires that you sign a release form and update it every 2 years confirming you will not try to bill Medicare for services received with us. Any ordered labs, diagnostics, or imaging will be able to utilize your insurance.

Your appointments with us will not affect your health insurance/Medicare plan, which will work the same way as it always has.  It covers visits with your contracted providers. Our services are not a substitute for health insurance or for primary care. We do not provide urgent care. We are wellness focused.
